Family winemaking since 1982
The Hugo family have been farming vines on Elliott Road in McLaren Flat since the early 1980s, and the cellar door is a genuine country experience: garden seating, fruit from the paddock out the back and the family often on hand.
What to taste
The range is led by McLaren Vale classics - shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, grenache and chardonnay - alongside a well-regarded fortified. Seated tastings are paid and bookings are required.
