Fino Vino is the small-format wine bar from the same team that built the original Fino restaurant before that brand moved to the Barossa. The Willunga venue is a single high-ceilinged room in a sandstone building on Hill Street with an open kitchen, a long zinc bar and a tight food and wine menu that changes weekly.
Mediterranean share plates
The menu sits in the same Mediterranean-leaning territory as the original Fino - house-cured charcuterie, smoked fish, vegetables, fresh handmade bread, slow-cooked meats. The wine list is a serious natural wine list with a bias toward Italian and South Australian producers.
